How to return your empty Refill bottle:

In keeping with a circular economy, once you’re finished with your refill bottle just send it back to us so we can sanitise, clean and reuse it.

To return the bottle, simply place it in a box and send it back to us (find our address below). You will need to cover your postage costs as we have taken the the cost of your return postage into consideration through the discounted price of each refill, plus you are still making a great saving!

How to use your Micellar Water Refill:

Unscrew the lid and dispense the 500ml refill into your chosen bottle. Continue to top up your chosen bottle and send it back to us when you’re finished.  

Use your Micellar Water both morning and evening to remove makeup, excess oils and dirt. This product can also be used as a cleanser. Apply a small amount of the product onto a reusable cotton pad and gently sweep across your face in an upward motion until the face is completely clear of any makeup. Follow with our Hydrating Toner to get that natural glow.
